IN-HOUSE OPERATIONS
Knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing are completed
in VORLAN's own factory. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also
handled in-house. The approved construction determines the operations used.

QUALITY CONTROL
Full inspection across incoming materials, production, finished pairs,
packing and carton checks. Every finished pair is inspected, including
dimensions against the agreed size specification and measurement method.
Nonconforming gloves are isolated, reworked and reinspected before acceptance.
Dimensions and tolerances are agreed for each order. Specialist testing is
agreed separately for the exact product or material.

SUPPLIER EVALUATION
Website factory photographs are company-provided; selected images are
retouched for presentation. Product specifications are agreed through
material review and sample approval.
Request current facility photographs, the relevant supplier identity and
facility information, and project-specific production details directly.
Agree inspection scope and any destination-specific documentation or testing
requirements before production. No blanket certification or performance
