HOW TO USE THIS TEMPLATE
1. Save a copy with your company name, project reference and revision date.
2. Complete one product section per style. Attach an assortment CSV for multiple
   colors or sizes. State quantities in PIECES, not pairs.
3. Mark each undecided field "To discuss". Mark non-applicable fields "N/A".
   A blank field is not an instruction for the supplier to choose for you.
4. Attach named reference files and identify what each reference is intended to
   establish: design, material, color, fit, branding or packaging.
5. Send the brief and files to Kevin@hzforthright.com. If you already submitted
   a website inquiry, include its VL reference. The brief is a discussion
   document, not an order confirmation or an approved production specification.

VORLAN PROCUREMENT ESSENTIALS
MOQ: 300 pairs per style per color.
Sample development: 7-10 working days.
Bulk production: 30-45 working days.
Production timing is separate from material decisions, revisions, transport
and destination clearance. Confirm start dates, final scope, schedule and
commercial terms in the project quotation. Discuss all material, construction
and functionality options against an approved specification and sample.
