Retain the selected physical material reference and agreed composition.

VORLAN own factory / VL-TC-03
A mixed-panel textile glove direction with a contrasting palm and proposed contact patches. Discuss panel boundaries, fingertip fit and contact construction as one connected specification.
Textile back / contrast palm / contact patches
Accessories brands developing a textile glove with a contrasting palm arrangement.
Select a direction to include in your brief. Materials are confirmed by physical swatch.
Factory-direct OEM & private label development for brands, importers and wholesale buyers. Every finished pair is inspected, including dimensions.
Working-day lead times.
Scope and approvals set the start date; transit is planned separately.
Made in our own factory / Touchscreen gloves
Our own factory cuts and sews the back, palm and side panels, then integrates the proposed contact detail. Buyers should keep each material assignment visible so a color change does not accidentally become a construction change.

Label the back, palm, sides and contact zones separately. Provide material references for each and state the intended device assessment for the assembled glove.

Look closer
Explore the construction points that need a decision in the brief and a check on the finished sample.

Palm-to-back join
Identify the boundary between the hand-back textile, palm and side panels.
Review alignment, internal seams and the complete fit.
Check how each patch sits within the finger panel layout.
Inspect the applied edges and confirm placement on the worn sample.
Use the full mixed-material glove for the agreed device review.
Record fit, conditions and interactions; do not transfer results from another construction.
VL-TC-03 / material & application
Follow each component from the material direction to its detail on this glove. We develop the combination in our own factory and confirm the final materials, colors and finish through physical sampling.

Your buying specification / VL-TC-03
Develop private label touchscreen gloves with separate palm panels by identifying the back textile, palm material and contact detail independently. Each surface has a different role in the buying brief. Our factory reviews their joins and the agreed device checks on the assembled glove.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| Change the hand-back textile | The visible surface changes while the palm may remain a separate material decision. | Back-panel fabric and finish, identified independently of the palm. |
| Redesign the palm join | Seams may move relative to the thumb and contact area. | A marked palm view showing the fixed and changed joins. |
| Extend contact coverage | The contact-patch layout and review scope must be revised. | Exact finger surfaces and the interactions to assess. |
Keep the selected options with this style’s material and sample file. Our own factory in Hangzhou reviews the brief for development and bulk production.

Factory process / VL-TC-03
Follow the construction decisions for Mixed Panel Touchpoint through preparation, making and full inspection in our own factory.
Construction preparation

Our sewing team reviews the palm-to-back joins and applied patches together. Check the inside seams and fingertip positions on the complete sample.
Panel alignment, patch attachment and worn contact position.
Full inspection & packing

We measure and inspect every pair against the correct panel and patch version. Keep the device-assessment result tied to that construction, not a different base glove.
Matched component set, dimensions and agreed functional-review scope.

Before you start
Yes. VORLAN operates its own glove factory. Knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing are carried out in-house, using the operations required for your selected construction. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also handled in our own factory; the method is approved on the chosen material.
Provide a component matrix showing the back, palm, side and contact materials for each version. Identify shared components and changed ones, then confirm quantities and quotation scope by complete style/colorway.
Review the actual mixed-panel sample under the agreed setup. Different fit or contact construction needs its own approval basis; retain results with the assessed version.
Update the component map and review the palm joins, internal fit and contact-patch arrangement. Agree whether the changed sample requires renewed device assessment before approving production.
Name the back, palm, side panels, contact inserts and inside finish separately. Include a location reference for each material so your team can compare quotations without overlooking a substituted panel.
The MOQ is 300 pairs per style per color. Sampling takes 7–10 working days and bulk production takes 30–45 working days, with start dates confirmed against the agreed project. Allow separately for material confirmation, revisions, transport and clearance. Packing configuration is agreed in the order specification.
Provide your size chart or agree the size development required. Define measurement points, units, condition and method; approve targets and allowed variation for each required point. Review the assembled glove with the chosen materials, lining and cuff.
Send the artwork, dimensions, placement and destination-specific wording. Our factory reviews the application on the selected construction. Keep the applied brand approval, material references, size specification and packing instructions with the Mixed Panel Touchpoint order version.
Yes. We inspect every finished pair, including dimensions against the agreed size specification, as well as workmanship, pairing and labels. The measurement points, method and tolerances are agreed for the order. Specialist or laboratory testing has a separate defined scope.
Nonconforming gloves are isolated, reworked and reinspected in our own factory. The revised pair is checked against the agreed requirements before it can return to the accepted order quantity.
Retain the approved sample and the named material, pattern, size, artwork and packing versions. Keep the construction-specific decisions from your sample review with that file. Identify every proposed change and reconfirm its approval, quotation and production timing.
