Quilted Shell Winter
Quilted back / plain palm / gathered cuff
OEM & private label collection
Develop private label winter gloves for apparel brands and seasonal importers. Coordinate outer material, lining, cuff, fit and colorways with your sample and production calendar.
Developed in our own factory for business buyers. The collection introduces material and construction possibilities; your brief can extend beyond the styles shown.

Make the shortlist
Compare shell, lining, cuff and closure directions as one glove. Put the intended inside feel and finger space into the sample discussion.
If a simpler knit or fleece construction meets the collection direction, compare it before adding layers and changing the fit that must be approved.
Compare the construction choicesSelected development directions
Compare shell, lining and cuff arrangements as a complete ordinary glove construction.

Material to glove / our own factory
Develop shell, inner layers and cuff as a complete ordinary winter glove. Choose the construction around the approved fit and appearance for your collection.
Choose a direction to compare the material with its glove detail.

Review channel direction and visible loft with the hand-back panels. Assess how the quilted areas meet the fingers, palm and wrist.
Approve the stitch route and layer arrangement on the sample.
Explore this constructionDevelopment decisions
Plan a seasonal winter glove assortment by reviewing the outer material, lining, proposed insulation and fit as one construction. The brief should describe the brand range and destination market. Material combinations and added features remain subject to development review; no temperature rating is implied.

Identify the requested outer material, lining and any insulation direction. Compare the complete sample for bulk, hand feel and construction rather than approving each layer from unrelated images.
Review on the complete sampleReview finger space, hand width and movement with the proposed lining in place. A size chart from an unlined glove needs review before it becomes the specification for a lined winter style.
Review on the complete sampleDiscuss cuff length, opening and any closure detail against your collection brief. Approve the finished sample for fit and appearance together with the sleeve interaction your brand intends.
Review on the complete sampleBuild backwards from the required arrival date, allowing for sample decisions, production and freight separately. Confirm material readiness and approval dates before fixing the order schedule.

From reference to release
Keep shell, lining, cuff and full-glove fit approval with the style/color/size matrix. Work back from the required arrival date, allowing separately for sample revisions, buyer approval, production and shipment.
Factory process / In-house production
Connect the chosen material and construction with the work that follows. Our own factory carries out production, brand application, dimensional inspection and packing around your approved construction.

List the shell, palm, lining, additional layers and cuff materials. Show which components change between colors or style versions.
Approve the full material combination and its arrangement.

Review the panel joins and lining attachment on the assembled glove. Carry the approved cuff and closure into the production instructions.
Confirm internal space and opening behavior on each agreed size reference.

We carry out full inspection of finished pairs. Keep the approved workmanship, measurements, labels and packing instructions together when preparing the order.
Confirm style, color, size, pairs per pack and carton identification before release.
Every pair is inspected, including dimensions. Nonconforming gloves are isolated, reworked and reinspected in our factory.

Buying questions
No standard temperature rating is claimed across this collection. Agree the material construction and any assessment requirements for the specific project. Do not add temperature or other performance statements to packaging unless they are supported for the supplied product.
Sampling takes 7–10 working days and bulk production takes 30–45 working days. Plan additional time for material confirmation, revisions, inspection, transport and destination clearance. Confirm the start dates and final schedule against your project rather than treating production time as an arrival promise.
Share the proposed styles, shared design details, colors and size range in an assortment matrix. Identify which materials or trims should be consistent across the collection. The MOQ is 300 pairs per style per color, and the final assortment is confirmed with the quotation.
A lining or insulation change should be reviewed for its effect on the complete glove. Confirm whether the pattern, measurements or construction need revision and approve the updated sample before bulk production. Keep the new specification identifiable for repeat orders.
List each component with its material reference and position in the glove. Include the palm, cuff and closures as applicable. Review the full combination on an assembled sample before approving the bill of materials.
Discuss the cuff length, rib or textile construction, closure and intended entry. Review the opening with all layers assembled, then record measurements and attachment details. The cuff design should be approved with the complete fit.
Review lining position, attachment, finger space, seam bulk and movement on the complete sample. Identify any layer changes in the specification and assess their effect on fit before releasing a revised version.
We inspect every finished pair against the approved requirements. Include exterior and interior finish, layer assembly, pairing, cuff or closure, dimensions and labels. Any thermal, weather or other performance assessment is agreed separately.
Use an assortment matrix for style, color, size and pairs. Identify shared and style-specific label or packing versions. Confirm unit packing and carton instructions separately from the manufacturing quantities.
Use it as the reference and identify the full material and specification versions. Reconfirm current materials, any requested changes, size assortment, artwork and timing before production. A previous approval does not settle a changed layer combination.
