VORLAN own factory / VL-WI-02
A woven-shell winter glove reference with an extended rib-knit wrist. The shell, lining and rib are development decisions to assess together before setting the finished size and construction.
Textile shell / extended rib cuff
Private label winter programs coordinating textile shells with knitted cuffs.
Select a direction to include in your brief. Materials are confirmed by physical swatch.
Factory-direct OEM & private label development for brands, importers and wholesale buyers. Every finished pair is inspected, including dimensions.
Working-day lead times.
Scope and approvals set the start date; transit is planned separately.
Made in our own factory / Winter gloves
Knitting, cutting, sewing and finishing are all carried out in our own factory. This construction connects a textile shell and lining with an extended knitted cuff, so the joining area is a central development decision.

Name the shell and cuff materials separately. Specify the cuff extension and opening condition, then review the join and complete internal fit before production.

Your buying specification / VL-WI-02
For private label winter gloves with knitted cuffs, develop the shell-to-knit junction and lining termination together. The cuff material and opening affect how the assembled glove fits. Our factory reviews the joined construction so a separate rib swatch does not become the only approval reference.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| Change rib depth | The wrist silhouette and sleeve overlap change. | Visible rib depth and the intended sleeve relationship. |
| Match rib to shell color | Different material surfaces require a paired appearance review. | Which physical color reference takes priority. |
| Extend lining into the wrist | The inside opening and attachment need to be developed with the rib. | A lining termination drawing or clear annotated reference. |
Keep the selected options with this style’s material and sample file. Our own factory in Hangzhou reviews the brief for development and bulk production.

Yes. VORLAN carries out knitting, cutting, sewing and finishing in its own factory. For this program, the shell and rib specifications are coordinated before the joined sample is approved.
Identify the new yarn, length, opening or color and the shell version it joins. Review the junction and finished fit, then update the cuff and complete-glove approval references.
State the endpoints of overall length and record the cuff extension separately where needed. Specify whether the rib is relaxed or in another agreed condition so the values can be compared consistently.
