Made in our own factory / Winter gloves
Our own factory develops the outer panels, lining and cuff-edge finish as one glove. For this suede-surface direction, the buyer must first resolve whether the outer is suede leather or a suede-effect textile.

Retain the selected outer and lining references, including actual material identity. Define how much lining is visible at the opening and what the product label should say.

Match material wording, size and the visible lining presentation.
Your buying specification / VL-WI-03
For private label suede finish gloves, first confirm whether the brief requires suede leather or a suede-effect textile. The image does not establish the composition. Our factory can then develop the lining, exposed cuff edge and paired appearance against the selected material reference.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| Specify the material identity | Suede leather and a suede-effect textile are different quotation scopes. | Material name, composition evidence or a physical reference for discussion. |
| Change lining appearance | The exposed cuff edge and inside feel must be coordinated. | Lining reference and the amount intended to remain visible. |
| Choose a pale surface color | Appearance approval needs a useful physical reference for pair comparison. | Color and surface direction, with the accepted appearance recorded. |
Keep the selected options with this style’s material and sample file. Our own factory in Hangzhou reviews the brief for development and bulk production.

Yes. VORLAN operates its own glove factory. Knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing are carried out in-house, using the operations required for your selected construction. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also handled in our own factory; the method is approved on the chosen material.
No material composition is confirmed by the reference name or image. Specify suede leather or the intended suede-effect textile in the development brief, then retain the agreed material identity with the sample and quotation.
Specify the visible edge and the lining construction inside the hand separately. Review their attachment and the complete sample so exterior appearance does not stand in for the internal material brief.
Review suitability and appearance on the selected substrate with our in-house team. A method approved on leather should not automatically be carried over to a suede-effect textile, or vice versa.
The MOQ is 300 pairs per style per color. Sampling takes 7–10 working days and bulk production takes 30–45 working days, with start dates confirmed against the agreed project. Allow separately for material confirmation, revisions, transport and clearance. Packing configuration is agreed in the order specification.
Provide your size chart or agree the size development required. Define measurement points, units, condition and method; approve targets and allowed variation for each required point. Review the assembled glove with the chosen materials, lining and cuff.
Send the artwork, dimensions, placement and destination-specific wording. Our factory reviews the application on the selected construction. Keep the applied brand approval, material references, size specification and packing instructions with the Lined Suede Winter order version.
Yes. We inspect every finished pair, including dimensions against the agreed size specification, as well as workmanship, pairing and labels. The measurement points, method and tolerances are agreed for the order. Specialist or laboratory testing has a separate defined scope.
Nonconforming gloves are isolated, reworked and reinspected in our own factory. The revised pair is checked against the agreed requirements before it can return to the accepted order quantity.
Retain the approved sample and the named material, pattern, size, artwork and packing versions. Keep the construction-specific decisions from your sample review with that file. Identify every proposed change and reconfirm its approval, quotation and production timing.
