Made in our own factory / Knit gloves
Our own factory knits, finishes and brands this folded-cuff direction. The brief needs to explain both the unfolded construction and the folded appearance the buying team intends to approve.

Specify folded and unfolded measurement conditions. Include the intended fold line and which face of the label should be visible after turning the cuff.

Your buying specification / VL-KN-04
For private label turn-up cuff gloves, the fold creates a second visible face and changes how a label is presented. Define the unfolded made length, folded depth and outward-facing surface together. Our factory reviews the cuff in both positions before sampling and packing are approved.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| A deeper visible fold | The made cuff length and material requirement change with the intended turn. | Separate unfolded length from visible folded depth. |
| Branding across the fold | Artwork can disappear or turn over if its reference position is ambiguous. | An applied-label layout with the cuff in its presentation position. |
| Supply cuffs unfolded | The packed presentation differs from the approved wearing configuration. | A packing instruction that identifies both positions. |
Keep the selected options with this style’s material and sample file. Our own factory in Hangzhou reviews the brief for development and bulk production.

Factory process / VL-KN-04
Follow the construction decisions for Foldover Cuff Knit through preparation, making and full inspection in our own factory.
Construction preparation

Review the proposed rib structure in both positions. Identify the total cuff length, visible folded depth and the junction with the hand section.
Named measurement points and an explicit folded/unfolded condition.
In-house making

Our knitting and branding teams work from the intended outward face. Review the label attachment and any inside seam that becomes visible when the cuff turns.
Fold orientation, label direction and finish on both exposed surfaces.
Full inspection & packing

We inspect every pair and its dimensions against the agreed specification. Check the two cuffs in the same position before reviewing their visible depth and packed presentation.

Before you start
Yes. VORLAN operates its own glove factory. Knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing are carried out in-house, using the operations required for your selected construction. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also handled in our own factory; the method is approved on the chosen material.
Record the required unfolded length and visible folded depth as separate points, with a clear method for each. Do not use the same field for both conditions.
Set the fold direction and depth first, then review the applied label on that configuration. Moving the fold can change which part of the label is visible.
Include that instruction in the unit-pack specification and retain the approved folded appearance in the development file. Production inspection and packing can then refer to their respective conditions.
Treat it as a changed construction. Review the added length, exposed inside face, opening and label orientation together; a previous straight-cuff approval does not define those details.
The MOQ is 300 pairs per style per color. Sampling takes 7–10 working days and bulk production takes 30–45 working days, with start dates confirmed against the agreed project. Allow separately for material confirmation, revisions, transport and clearance. Packing configuration is agreed in the order specification.
Provide your size chart or agree the size development required. Define measurement points, units, condition and method; approve targets and allowed variation for each required point. Review the assembled glove with the chosen materials, lining and cuff.
Send the artwork, dimensions, placement and destination-specific wording. Our factory reviews the application on the selected construction. Keep the applied brand approval, material references, size specification and packing instructions with the Foldover Cuff Knit order version.
Yes. We inspect every finished pair, including dimensions against the agreed size specification, as well as workmanship, pairing and labels. The measurement points, method and tolerances are agreed for the order. Specialist or laboratory testing has a separate defined scope.
Nonconforming gloves are isolated, reworked and reinspected in our own factory. The revised pair is checked against the agreed requirements before it can return to the accepted order quantity.
Retain the approved sample and the named material, pattern, size, artwork and packing versions. Keep the construction-specific decisions from your sample review with that file. Identify every proposed change and reconfirm its approval, quotation and production timing.
