Select a body yarn and surface reference for the main color.
Retain the selected physical material reference and agreed composition.

VORLAN own factory / VL-KN-03
A two-color knit direction that separates the body and rib cuff. The development brief should connect each color reference to its yarn, placement and assortment quantity.
Single-color body / contrast rib cuff
Brand collections coordinating glove colors with wider apparel or accessory ranges.
Select a direction to include in your brief. Materials are confirmed by physical swatch.
Factory-direct OEM & private label development for brands, importers and wholesale buyers. Every finished pair is inspected, including dimensions.
Working-day lead times.
Scope and approvals set the start date; transit is planned separately.
Made in our own factory / Knit gloves
The body and contrast cuff are developed together in our own factory. For a two-tone collection, the important purchasing unit is the complete body-and-cuff combination, with its matching label and size allocation.

Supply a colorway matrix naming body yarn, cuff yarn and label artwork. Reversed combinations need separate rows, even when they use the same two shades.

Explore the construction points that need a decision in the brief and a check on the finished sample.

Color boundary
Identify the exact construction point where the body color changes to the cuff color.
Check both gloves for a consistent transition and agree any visible variation.
Compare the proposed two yarn shades together, not as separate screen swatches.
Retain the approved paired references with their identifiers.
Treat each agreed body-and-cuff combination as a defined colorway in the order.
List quantities in pairs per style per color and confirm the size split.
VL-KN-03 / material & application

Your buying specification / VL-KN-03
Build private label color block knit gloves around a defined body-and-cuff combination. Identify both yarn colors in each finished colorway, including reversed combinations. Our factory uses those pairings to review the sample, brand detail and quantities for your collection.
| Your choice | What changes | Include in the RFQ |
|---|---|---|
| One body, several cuffs | Each cuff changes the finished colorway and its approval record. | One assortment row per body/cuff pairing, with quantities and size split. |
| Reverse the two colors | The reversed layout needs its own reference even when both yarns already appear elsewhere. | Label the body and cuff explicitly on each colorway image. |
| Match a label to the cuff | Artwork contrast may vary between colorways, creating additional label versions. | List which combinations share artwork and which need a separate color. |
Keep the selected options with this style’s material and sample file. Our own factory in Hangzhou reviews the brief for development and bulk production.

Yes. VORLAN operates its own glove factory. Knitting, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection and packing are carried out in-house, using the operations required for your selected construction. Embroidery, printing and leather debossing are also handled in our own factory; the method is approved on the chosen material.
Our MOQ is 300 pairs per style per color. Identify each finished body-and-cuff colorway in the quotation, with its own quantity and size split. Reusing a yarn shade does not combine different finished colorways into one MOQ group.
List each body/cuff pairing as a separate colorway. Approve the complete combinations and their branding, then confirm quantities and material availability for each row.
Name the component beside each color identifier and include a clearly labeled reference. Carry the same mapping into the sample approval, assortment and packing instructions.
